LINC’s VISION is to promote the quality of life for the people we serve.

LINC’s MISSION is to provide a spectrum of services for people to achieve individualized goals.

LINC’s PHILOSOPHY believes people with disabilities should have the same opportunities to live and work in their communities as everyone else. To that end, our program is committed to supporting the choices of the individuals we serve that are consistent with such a philosophy.

The day program offers ongoing supports in the development and skills necessary to reside in home, work, and in the community.  This includes direct support services and indirect services such as socialization and self-help skills.

nathan SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT

LINC focuses on matching career goals for qualified Job-Seekers with the needs of the business community.  Supported employment services assist participants in obtaining, maintaining or advancing in employment. This service provides job development, placement, and on-the-job training. LINC is also a provider for State of Utah Division of Vocation Rehabilitation Services.

SUPPORTED LIVING

LINC staff assist participants in gaining and maintaining skills required to live independently.  Services are tailored to meet the participant’s needs.

img_0166   RESPITE/FAMILY SUPPORTS

Caregivers often need time for themselves. Respite provides this time with weekly or bi-weekly activities.

  •  GUYS AND GALS GROUP – Weekly recreational activities in the community and LINC.
  • FRIDAY NIGHT FUN – Social outings for participants scheduled two Fridays per month.
